Agree the timescales and milestones for the hire. Agree the interview process and who will be involved as your company representatives.
Map agreed sectors to identify the organisations with the most relevant skillsets to you business. Communicate progress.
Provide a long list, communicate with and assess all candidates providing detail on their experience, skills, successes and their culture fit.
Produce a short list, approach and interview to an agreed timeframe, at a suitable and professional location and against the pre-agreed role profile.
Post interview assessment, feedback and referencing for candidates to be progressed and assistance with 2nd stage interview preparation.
We will assist with offer negotiation and oversee the smooth transition through to you chosen candidate’s on-boarding.
