Overview
The Bid Manager is a key role within the organisation, overseeing pre-sales activity and delivering compelling bid and tender submissions to both existing, and future, clients.
The role is a mid-level position encompassing full-lifecycle ownership of the bid and tender process.
Working in a mid-sized team, you’ll experience a more hands-on feel to one found in a large corporate environment. This is not a “cog in a wheel” position but one requiring versatility and a rounded view of what it takes to understand and prepare quality bids and see them over the line.
